Very easy peasy ways.. Kat rumah pun boleh buat :)

1. Use banana pulp. Apply the pulp of a banana over the cracked heels. Leave the pulp on over the skin for 15 minutes, and then rinse it clean. This is a popular home remedy for cracked heels.

2. Use vegetable oil. First, wash the feet clean over the cracked heels. Then apply hydrogenenated vegetable oil over the area. Wear a pair of thick socks. When left overnight, this can soothe and heal the cracked heels in a few days.

3. Use lemon juice. Soak the cracked heels wet in a concentrated lemon juice solution. Initially there may be some pain when the lemon juice hits the cracks. Do this process for 15 minutes. Doing this every week will help the skin of the heels to get a glowing texture and the skin would not crack easily.

4. Use pure coconut oil. This is a popular East Asian remedy. Look for pure, virgin coconut oil or skin creams that are based on coconut oil. Coconut oil has been proved to have a soothing effect on the skin, and cracked heels tend to heal faster when coconut oil is applied on them.

5. Use shea butter. Clean the area over the cracked heels then apply some shea butter. The butter retains the moisture content of the skin and helps heel the cracks. It is inexpensive and can be purchased at any retail store.

6. Use bees' honey. Spread some bee honey over the cracked heels. Then put socks over your feet. Allow for full bedtime to pass. Then you can remove the socks and the cracks would have become softer and soothing.

7. Use Vaseline. Experiences vary on this one but some people have reported that Vaseline works. Many people say Vaseline acts as a moisture barrier. But you may be able to find short-term relief using Vaseline. It's inexpensive too.

8. Use Dr. Scholl's massaging gel. Although not specifically oriented towards treating cracked heels, Dr. Scholl's is a well-known name in foot care. Try applying their massaging gel over the cracked skin for relief.

Mari kita perangi kerak-kerak di tumit!
