My Weight Loss Progress

Assalamualaikum,

Just to share dengan korang....


Target is 55kg.

Started at 72.7kg and current weight is 65.3kg.

Week 13 tu timbang after balik dari Sabah. Mendadak naik hehe
Makan tak hengat donia punya pasal.

    3 minggu awal tak makan nasik langsung! lepas tu dah makan sikit2. yg pnting exercise le banyak2 :)

  6. congrates!!....sabtu aritu, ader program kesihatan kat sek...so amik kesempatan g buat check-up..

    kalo ikut timbangan diorg...
    my weight da kurg 3 kilos after 2 weeks...tak tau ler btl ker tak..
    sbb sblm ni mai timbang kat luar gune mesin yg masuk 20 sen tu jer....

    skang tiap2 ptg mmg mai g bersukan...main bola tampar ngan students dr 530-630..pastu jog smpi 650..pastu skippng 10 minit+sit-up...tak tau ler hasil pasni mcm maner....mmmmm
