Saya curang! Hukumlah saye :(

Assalamualaikum,

Howdy all? :)

Update on my losing weight programme - I lost another 0.5kg. Rabu lepas timbang. Alhamdulillah turun. Err tapi rasa cam dah naik balik kot huuu.. Sebab Rabu tu jugak aku pegi makan kat Cyberview Lodge. A friend's treat. I ate Rosemary Lamb with Asparagus and Potatoes. Huu supposed potatoes tu takleh makan sangat. Tapi aku bedal jugakla. Dah orang belanja kan. Luckily not buffet dinner. Kalo tak, sure berganda-ganda lagi berat aku naik kan? Huuu...~

Harini pulak last lunch with my ex boss before dia left Malaysia for good  - migrate to Sydney, Australia. Working at our regional office there. Kitorang bawak dia makan kat Kitchen Village, Cyberjaya ni.

 Last time pergi masa celebrate birthday dia 1 year ago, I think. This year farewell lunch lak. Huu sedih-sedih~

But anyway, lunch tadi, dorang ni sume order set lunch for 3-4 persons. Banyak jugakla lauknye.

Sebahagian daripada lauk,.
Lauk pauk tu pulak of course la makan dengan nasik kan. Aku telan air liur gakla tengok nasik yang membukit. Huuu... bukan terliur ke ape (actually memang terliur pon hahaha) tapi sebab rasa cam serba salah nak makan. Aku kan on diet tak makan nasik huu.. So bila dorang ni sume makan nasik seriously rasa out of place. Jadi aku amik jugakla nasik. Arghhhh saya curang!

Banyak ni je nasik yang aku amik. After 3 weeks++ tak makan. Cam banyak gak nih ahahaha...

Hasilnye..licin ;) I know aku takleh makan kari kari ni sume (curang lagi). Tapi.... makan jela ahaha..

Balik rumah after work tadi, rasa guilty sangat-sangat. Yela sebab dah banyak kali curang neh. Mentang-mentang la berat dah turun sket mulala tak control makan kan. Belagak ar konon-konon huhuh.. Padahalnya berat badan ni lagi senang bertambah daripada berkurang. Orang kata, naik senangggg je, nak turun tu sengsara sangat. Ermm, so aku kuar la jap tadi round round taman. Buat syarat ehehe.. Kuarkan peluh sket, mengah mengah sket.

Bukan mudah nak capai apa yang kita impikan. Tapi kalau kita berusaha, komited, kuatkan semangat pasti berjaya kan? Yang penting, jaga kesihatan! :)

Me n my ex boss :) Dia tak perasan pon tengah amik gmbar. Sebok belek menu eheh.. Gonna miss u so much boss! Dia actually encourage me to lose weight as well. Sebab masa dia ada dlu, dia organize Biggest Loser among our team. I didnt take it seriously and I ended up gaining weight masa final weighing tu. While others really lose weight. Malu tau. Malu sangat sebab orang lain sume turun, aku je bertambah. Ish.. nampak sangat aku xde disiplin and I never care. So kali ni, I dont want that to happen. I told people that I'm going to lose weight so I want to prove to them, that I can. Yes, I can! :)

I still have 10.9kg more!! Wish me luck ;)

  4. eh wani...kari naper tak blh mkn???...sbb santan ker???...kalokari mamak ok kot sbb mamak tak pakai santan...hahahah..

    actually, ma pon br nak berjinat2 ni ngan atkin's...hahahahha...susahnyer...first day bd rs sakit2, lenguh...mayber kurg guler....aper pengganti guler ek/??

    awal2, first week memang terasala. lenguh2 bdan sume.. tp lama2 ok... erm wani mmg x amik gula pon. tp mungkin ada la kot lam masakan kat kdai tu dorang letak gula. makan sket jela...
